Handling Personnel Issues in the Fire Service - April 11, 2012. This1-day mini-course is designed to teach the personnel management skills necessary for Fire Officers, (newly appointed or seasoned); also assist students who are preparing to take Fire Promotional Exams for tall Fire Service ranks. Course will be held at the Plainfield Public Library, 800 Park Ave., Plainfield, NJ Utilizing our exclusive "P.E.R.F.O.R.M.A.N.C.E. Method" of handling personnel matters, we teach the complete method of handling any workplace issue.The key focus of this training session is to deal with the typical and not so typical personnel issues that we find common in the Fire Service and Fire Officer Promotional Exams. Through the use of lecture, sample testing and scenario practice. We will discuss test taking techniques, as well as "best practices" for success.
